Tim arrived within the time estimated and provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable in the plumbing issue and was able to help us put our mind at ease. We had some discoloration on our trim boards and he opened up our wall to determine that it was in fact, not a leak. He also checked the HVAC system to make sure that there was no issue there that was adding to any leak. I highly recommend Rainier View Plumbing and Tim!

Tech was prompt (on both occasions), easy to work with, had the parts in the rig to get the job done, performed the work in less time than estimated, did more work (small quick items) than was even requested — still the total bill was less than the estimate.
